Mulch Installation

Pricing (price does not include product, delivery or sales tax)

• $50 minimum charge for all mulch installations (up to 2 yards of mulch)

• $25 per yard for installation (up to 6 yards)

• $22 per yard (over 6 yards of mulch)

• Price includes clean-up (blow/sweep, disposal of remaining material)

• Some jobs require additional labor not figured in standard price.  This additional labor will be figured and included in price quote during initial job evaluation

Customer Responsibilities

• Bed preparation including weeding, edging and landscape fabric installation unless we have been contracted to do the preparation work (Available for additional fee)

• All animal deposits should be removed from areas to be mulched

• Planting should be completed

Sand, Stone or Topsoil Installation

Pricing (price does not include product, delivery or sales tax)

• $75 minimum charge for installation (up to 2 yards of product)

• $35 per yard for installation (up to 6 yards of product)

• $31 per yard for installation (over 6 yards of product)

• Price includes clean-up (blow/sweep, disposal of remaining material)

• Some jobs require additional labor not figured into the standard price.  This additional labor will be figured and included in price quote during initial job evaluation

Customer Responsibilities

• Site preparation including weeding, edging and installation of landscape fabric or other material should be completed unless we have been contracted to complete the preparation (Available for an additional fee)

• Rough grading should be completed, if applicable

OTHER SERVICES

Bed Weeding

• 1-Time weeding* -- $25 per hour per man, minimum 1 hour per man

• Plan 1: Bi-Weekly weeding (approximately 17 times) March 1 - October 31

• Plan 2: Monthly weeding (8 times) march 1 - October 31)

• Plan 3: Customizable weeding schedule based on customer need. 

Edging*

• Bed edging using a spade or shovel..............................0.35 per linear foot

• Metal or plastic edging installed...................................0.25 per linear foot plus material

• Machine edging..........................................................0.50 per linear foot plus rental fee

Shrub Trimming

• Plan 1: Spring shrub trimming performed in June (Price varies)

• Plan 2: Fall shrub trimming performed in November (Price varies)

• Plan 3: Spring and Fall shrub trimming performed during June and November (Price varies)
